En estos textos, «nosotros» es Sitio Web Listo y «tú» es el negocio que contrata.

In these texts, “we” means Sitio Web Listo and “you” means the business hiring us.

1. Qué ofrecemos. Una página web de una sola hoja para tu negocio, en español y en inglés, con dominio a tu nombre, alojamiento, seguridad, botón de WhatsApp y la herramienta que corresponda a tu rubro. La diseñamos primero y te la mostramos terminada: solo pagas si la apruebas.
2. Cómo se contrata. Te enviamos la muestra. Si la quieres, nos lo confirmas por WhatsApp; guardamos esa conversación como constancia de tu aprobación. Pagas por el medio de pago indicado en la página de tu país y la publicamos en tu dominio dentro de las 48 horas desde que nos confirmas tus fotos y tus datos. Al aprobar tu página y pagar, aceptas estos términos.
3. Alquiler o compra. En alquiler pagas un abono mensual por adelantado, que se renueva cada mes hasta que lo canceles; también puedes pagar el año. En compra haces un pago único por la página, más un mantenimiento mensual o anual que cubre alojamiento, renovación del dominio, seguridad y cambios de textos, fotos y horarios. Los precios vigentes son los publicados en la página de tu país en el momento de contratar. Puedes pasar de alquiler a compra cuando quieras; si lo haces en los primeros 6 meses, te descontamos la mitad de lo que ya pagaste de alquiler.
4. Sin permanencia. Cancelas cuando quieras, por WhatsApp, por correo o desde tu medio de pago. La cancelación rige al terminar el período ya pagado. No hay multas.
5. Si un pago no se acredita. Te avisamos ese mismo día. Si a los 7 días sigue pendiente, tu página queda en pausa; a los 30 días se da de baja. Si regularizas antes, la reactivamos sin costo. No se generan deudas.
6. Tu dominio es tuyo. Lo registramos a tu nombre y lo administramos por ti. Si te vas, te entregamos los datos para administrarlo o transferirlo, sin costo; las renovaciones posteriores corren por tu cuenta.
7. De quién es cada cosa. Tus textos, tus fotos y tu marca son tuyos. En alquiler, el diseño y el código de la página son de Sitio Web Listo y se usan mientras dure el alquiler. En compra, la página también es tuya una vez pagada.
8. Cambios. En alquiler está incluida una ronda de cambios de textos, fotos y horarios por mes. En compra, una ronda dentro de los primeros 7 días y, después, al precio publicado. Se piden por WhatsApp y los resolvemos en 2 días hábiles. Los cambios de estructura y las páginas nuevas se cotizan aparte.
9. Atención. Por WhatsApp y por correo, con respuesta dentro de un día hábil, en el horario publicado en la página de tu país.
10. Contenido. Nos entregas textos, fotos y datos de tu negocio y declaras que tienes derecho a usarlos. Eres responsable del contenido que pides publicar. No publicamos contenido ilegal, engañoso o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
11. Qué no hacemos. Tiendas online con carrito, blogs ni sistemas de reservas complejos. Si ya tienes alguno, lo enlazamos desde tu página, sin costo.
12. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad. Trabajamos para que tu página esté siempre en línea, sobre proveedores de alojamiento de primer nivel; puede haber interrupciones breves por mantenimiento o por causas ajenas. No garantizamos una cantidad de clientes, llamadas o ventas, y no respondemos por servicios de terceros (WhatsApp, Google, el registrador del dominio, el medio de pago). Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste en los últimos tres meses, salvo lo que la ley de tu país no permita limitar.
13. Inteligencia artificial. Usamos herramientas de inteligencia artificial para diseñar, redactar y atender consultas, con revisión antes de publicar. Si prefieres hablar con una persona, pídelo.
14. Cambios en estos términos. Los avisamos en esta página y por WhatsApp con 30 días de anticipación. Si no estás de acuerdo, puedes cancelar sin costo.
15. Ley aplicable. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina y cualquier diferencia se resuelve ante los tribunales de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, sin quitarte los derechos que la ley de tu país te reconoce como consumidor y a los que no puedes renunciar.

1. What we offer. A one-page website for your business, in Spanish and English, with a domain in your name, hosting, security, a WhatsApp button and the right tool for your trade. We design it first and show it to you finished: you only pay if you approve it.
2. How it works. We send you the sample. If you want it, you confirm on WhatsApp; we keep that conversation as a record of your approval. You pay through the payment method shown on your country’s page and we launch it on your domain within 48 hours of you confirming your photos and details. By approving your website and paying, you accept these terms.
3. Rent or buy. When you rent, you pay a monthly fee in advance, which renews every month until you cancel; you can also pay yearly. When you buy, you make a one-time payment for the website, plus monthly or yearly maintenance covering hosting, domain renewal, security and changes to copy, photos and hours. Current prices are those shown on your country’s page at the time you sign up. You can switch from rent to buy anytime; if you do so within your first 6 months, we take half of what you have already paid in rent off the price.
4. No lock-in. Cancel anytime, by WhatsApp, by email or from your payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. There are no penalties.
5. If a payment does not go through. We let you know that same day. If it is still pending after 7 days, your website is paused; after 30 days it is taken down. If you catch up before then, we reactivate it at no cost. No debt is generated.
6. Your domain is yours. We register it in your name and manage it for you. If you leave, we hand over the details to manage or transfer it, at no cost; later renewals are at your expense.
7. Who owns what. Your copy, your photos and your brand are yours. When you rent, the design and code of the website belong to Sitio Web Listo and are used for the duration of the rental. When you buy, the website is yours too once paid.
8. Changes. Rent includes one round of changes to copy, photos and hours per month. Buy includes one round within the first 7 days and, after that, at the published price. Request them on WhatsApp and we complete them within 2 business days. Structural changes and new pages are quoted separately.
9. Support. By WhatsApp and email, with a reply within one business day, during the hours shown on your country’s page.
10. Content. You give us copy, photos and details about your business and confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish. We do not publish content that is illegal, misleading or that infringes third-party rights.
11. What we do not do. Online stores with a cart, blogs or complex booking systems. If you already have one, we link to it from your website at no cost.
12. Availability and liability. We work to keep your website online at all times, on top-tier hosting providers; there may be brief interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee any number of customers, calls or sales, and we are not responsible for third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, the domain registrar, the payment method). Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months, except where the law of your country does not allow such a limit.
13. Artificial intelligence. We use artificial intelligence tools to design, write and answer enquiries, with review before publishing. If you would rather talk to a person, just ask.
14. Changes to these terms. We announce them on this page and by WhatsApp 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel at no cost.
15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and any dispute is settled before the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without taking away the consumer rights that the law of your country grants you and that you cannot waive.

Ves tu página antes de pagar. Además, si dentro de los 7 días corridos desde su publicación no te convence, nos lo dices y te devolvemos por completo el primer pago, o el precio de compra, sin pedirte motivos; el servicio se cancela y la página se da de baja.

Fuera de ese plazo no hay reembolsos por períodos ya iniciados, salvo error nuestro o lo que la ley de tu país establezca. Los reembolsos se hacen por el mismo medio de pago, dentro de 10 días hábiles.

You see your website before you pay. On top of that, if within 7 calendar days of launch you are not convinced, tell us and we refund your first payment, or the purchase price, in full, no reasons asked; the service is cancelled and the website is taken down.

After that period there are no refunds for periods already started, except for an error on our side or where the law of your country says otherwise. Refunds are made through the same payment method, within 10 business days.

• Qué datos tratamos y para qué. De quienes nos piden una muestra o son clientes: nombre, nombre del negocio, ciudad, WhatsApp, correo, el contenido que nos dan para su página y el historial de mensajes y pagos; los usamos para preparar la muestra, prestar el servicio, cobrar y atender. De los pagos: los procesa PayPal; no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta. De negocios a los que les preparamos una muestra: datos comerciales públicos (ver «Aviso sobre las muestras»).
• En este sitio no hay cookies ni seguimiento. No usamos cookies ni herramientas que te sigan. Solo guardamos, en tu propio navegador, el idioma y el país que elegiste.
• Con quién los compartimos. Solo con los proveedores necesarios para prestar el servicio: alojamiento y formularios, registro de dominios, pagos (PayPal), mensajería (WhatsApp), tipografías (Google Fonts) y herramientas de inteligencia artificial. Algunos están fuera de tu país. No vendemos datos.
• Cuánto tiempo. Mientras seas cliente y, después, el tiempo que exijan las obligaciones fiscales. Los datos de muestras no aprobadas se borran a los 30 días del envío, o antes si lo pides.
• Tus derechos. Puedes pedir acceso, corrección o eliminación de tus datos, u oponerte a su uso, escribiendo a hola@sitioweblisto.com. Respondemos dentro de 10 días hábiles.
• Menores. El servicio es para negocios; no tratamos datos de menores a sabiendas.

• What data we handle and why. From people who request a sample or are customers: name, business name, city, WhatsApp, email, the content they give us for their website and the history of messages and payments; we use it to prepare the sample, provide the service, bill and offer support. Payments: they are processed by PayPal; we do not see or store your card details. From businesses we prepare a sample for: public business information (see “Notice about samples”).
• No cookies and no tracking on this site. We do not use cookies or tools that track you. We only store, in your own browser, the language and country you chose.
• Who we share it with. Only with the providers needed to deliver the service: hosting and forms, domain registration, payments (PayPal), messaging (WhatsApp), typefaces (Google Fonts) and artificial intelligence tools. Some are outside your country. We do not sell data.
• How long. While you are a customer and, afterwards, for as long as tax obligations require. Data from samples that are not approved is deleted 30 days after sending, or sooner if you ask.
• Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@sitioweblisto.com. We reply within 10 business days.
• Minors. The service is for businesses; we do not knowingly handle data from minors.

Preparamos muestras de páginas web para negocios que todavía no son clientes, como propuesta comercial, y se las enviamos por WhatsApp. Cada muestra:

• usa información comercial que el propio negocio publica (nombre, rubro, servicios, teléfono, dirección y horarios), su logo y fotos de su ficha pública o de sus redes, y su puntuación y reseñas públicas de Google;
• lleva arriba un aviso que dice que no fue solicitada y que no es el sitio oficial del negocio;
• no aparece en buscadores y no la compartimos en público: se la enviamos al negocio, con un solo mensaje de seguimiento como máximo;
• se borra a los 30 días si no hay respuesta.

We prepare sample websites for businesses that are not yet customers, as a commercial proposal, and we send them by WhatsApp. Each sample:

• uses business information that the business itself publishes (name, trade, services, phone, address and hours), its logo and photos from its public listing or social media, and its public Google rating and reviews;
• carries a notice at the top saying that it was not requested and that it is not the official site of the business;
• does not appear in search engines and is not shared publicly: we send it to the business, with one follow-up message at most;
• is deleted after 30 days if there is no reply.

Are you the owner and do not want it? Write to hola@sitioweblisto.com or on WhatsApp +1 283 300 4838 and we delete it within 24 hours, no questions asked, and we will not contact you again.

Renovación automática. El alquiler es una suscripción mensual, o anual si eliges pagar el año, que se renueva y se cobra automáticamente en tu medio de pago, al precio publicado en dólares estadounidenses, hasta que la canceles. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento por WhatsApp, por correo o desde tu cuenta de PayPal; la cancelación evita el cobro siguiente.

Hoy no cobramos impuesto a las ventas. La versión en inglés de estos textos tiene el mismo valor que la versión en español.

Automatic renewal. Renting is a monthly subscription, or yearly if you choose to pay for the year, that renews and is charged automatically to your payment method, at the published price in US dollars, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by WhatsApp, by email or from your PayPal account; cancelling prevents the next charge.

We do not currently charge sales tax. The English version of these texts has the same standing as the Spanish version.
